Accommodations

We encourage everyone attending the wedding to stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites (address below), as the shuttle service will leave to and from this location, and it will be the location of the Friday and Saturday late-night mingling. We have a conference room reserved for the entire weekend, and we'd like to make use of it by lounging and having drinks with everyone.

If you'd like another option, there is a Super 8 in the same parking lot as the Hampton Inn and Suites. We have no special rate for this hotel. If you prefer this option, you shouldn't have a problem walking from the Super 8 to the Hampton Inn and Suites.

NOTES ON SHUTTLE SERVICE

To the Church: Unfortunately, there will be NO shuttle service to the church. If you need help with transportation to the wedding ceremony, please contact Tom and Rachel. There will be many people with cars and empty seats leaving from the Hampton Inn and Suites that will be glad to provide a ride.

To and from the Reception: There will be a shuttle service to and from the Hampton Inn and Suites to the Reception only.

• Time Leave: TBD, but it will probably leave from the Hampton Inn and Suites around 5:30 PM
• Time Return: TBD, but probably starting at 11:00 PM
