Airports
Stewart Airport is the closest option, and it's incredibly convenient. However, it's a very small airport so flights can be a bit high.
Westchester County Airport is also not too far away, but it's also pretty small, and prices can be high.
New York City airports are your best bet in terms of options and prices. JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark are all decent options.
Train Station
There are all sorts of train options in the area. If you're coming from New York City, you can take the Metro-North Commuter Rail right the Poughkeepsie Train Station. You can also get Amtrak trains to and from there.
